I have done the Lemon cleanse for 3 years now. I look at it as a way of cleansing and also fasting. I do it around April of the past 3 years. I feel so much better while doing it. The first week is the hardest to get a control over your thinking about eating solid foods. I like spicy foods so the cayenne does not bother me either. Actually when all the ingredients are mixed (cayenne, lemon, maple syrup and water) it does not taste too bad. My goal is to rid toxins from my body, that is all. You do drop a few pounds, but gain it back slowly, which for me is no big deal. I am not doing it for weight issues.

Lemon is really a great body cleanser. Nice to know about your practical exposure and experiences on lemon dieting. Can you please let us know as to what is the diet that you take during g this process? Is there any thing else other than this juice that you consume during this process.
